Hello guys,

I have a question around automation. 

I have a workflow that has 3 statuses that all need approval by 3 different people. 

Looks like below

Tech Approval > Business Approval > CAB Approval.

With the above status you need to add an approver. 

What I have tried to do is as it reaches 'Business Approval' if they have say chosen the  value from a field (eg: A or B) and move to another status. In this case to 'Ready to Start'

Is it possible? What I can see is that the need for 'an approver' on the 'Business Approval' is stopping it.

On Service Desk, the Add Approval is on the status not on the transition. If you are using this as your driver for changing status, you won't be able to remove it. I would suggest not using the Service Desk Approval function and just go with conditions or validators for your transitions.
