Hi,
How would you setup a rule within Global Automation to check the license date of an Asset, then create a ticket based on this, and only create the ticket if a ticket has not already been created?
Here is what I have setup at the moment - it checks for assets with expiry dates wiht fewer than 45 days remaining and not set to retired. The rule works only when the If: Created issues not present rule is condition is removed, but I need to be able to run it more often than every 7 days without it creating duplicates for tickets that haven't been completed in that time.
What condition is needed to solve this issue? I know the related issues condition isn't correct
Thanks
