Is it possible to automatically create customers accounts in Service management? We are using the platform for internal IT work, and would like to avoid employees manually creating accounts, and have them just be able to log on with their organization account. We have a directory through active directory.
Welcome to the Community. To use your own IDP for customers memberships, then you will need to obtain Atlassian Access - https://www.atlassian.com/software/access for your env. NOTE - it is a separate paid subscription per user license (unless your product plan is Enterprise level).
