Automatically assign members as customer

I'm testing our cloud JSM before migrating from our self-hosted server. We have got Atlassian Access working with our ADFS.

Now I need help to understand how can I make all my colleagues that are members of the ADFS authentication policy become customers automatically so that they can just log in with SSO and create a request.

I have set the Portal only customer access to not allow the customer to create their own accounts.

Hi @Nick Dring 

Create a separate group and sync them by not having product access, that should work.

If you have restricted the customer permissions in your project, that is the one to look at by manually setting up.
