I'm creating a workflow that will request approval for a new change management request type. Since I don't have an org structure in our instance when a user creates a new request the user has to populate the user's manager. The user's manager gets an email requesting approval. Once approved, it goes to IT Leadership for approval - here is where my issue is - I'm not sure how to have the system automatically send an email to a set of folks who can approve the request (only one approval needed). What currently happens is that I as the admin have to populate the approver which then gets an email. How do I set it up so that everyone who is part of that group gets an email?
Found that I should be using Services which will send email to assigned change managers
