Hi Team,
We would like to set up an automatic response from JIRA to close the incident in Opsgenie whenever the corresponding JIRA ticket is closed.
Currently, when a JIRA ticket is closed, the incident remains open, and we are not getting notified of new alerts because an incident with that name is already open.
Please help us configure the rules in JIRA to automatically close the incident in Opsgenie whenever the JIRA ticket is closed.
