Automated tickets are not getting generated from email channel. How to resolve issue?

Hello,

Automated tickets are not getting generated from email channel. Getting below error in the connectivity logs. What does it mean and is there any resolution.

Hi @henal bangdiwala,

This looks very much like your oAuth connection to your Outlook or Gmail is no longer in the air.

Looks very much like the issue described in this support article, which also lists the steps to address this.
