Hello everybody!
Would it be possible to implement a plugin or native tool of Jira Service manager, which automatically assigns the issues to a group of technicians and that in turn is linked to a calendar of holidays, holidays and schedules?

You should take a look at the following links using "Automation for Jira" (It is an out of the box component of your JSM env) for handling issue assignment - One idea is to implement "Round Robin" process.
