Auto select field in Service Management templet while create

Hi, 

Whenever I click create request is automatically selected to 'Issue Type' - System Change and 'Request Type' - Request a change. Can I change that selection?

Hi Kashif,

Thanks for your question on community. 

As informed by Susan, to ensure the issues no longer lose their Request Type when they are moved or the issue type is changed we introduced "Default Request Types". You can read more about it below -

Hi @Kashif Rahman , Welcome to the Community! You (or your admin) can set a default request type by going to Project Settings > Features and turning on the Default request types, and then clicking Default:request type settings:

In the resulting screen, you can set the default request type for each issue type you use.
