We're wanting to print tickets that match certain request types automatically or even print different types to different printers. Is this possible with anything built in or even with any extensions? Printing anything in Jira or even decent reporting seems super complicated but I digress.
I'm wanting something similar to a restaurant setup where a waitress enters an order and if its drinks it goes to the bar, if salad goes to the salad place and if a meal goes to the chef printer. They make the item then place it on the area with the ticket so the waitstaff or runners know what it is and who it goes to.
Do your printers support receiving webhooks? If so you could use logic in your Jira automation to send a specific webhook based on your criteria i.e. drinks go to bar, salad goes to salad place, etc,.
