Is there a way to auto assign requests from a customer based on a table, example shown below. We have agents assigned to one or more customers.
The best solution would of course be if the table is auto-updated, for example an excel table updated from our system.
Edit: We cannot use customer login, some customers are not allowed (not by us) to do this, and we hava a lot of customers..
There is no option to read from table.
Best free workaround is to use automation (Project Settings -> Automation) feature to assign tickets based on conditions.
