I have emailed a specific customer multiple times and their responses are only including a confidentiality note in both French and English. When I spoke to the customer over the phone I was informed they're not including a signature.
Is this a problem with Jira SM or could this be an issue with their outgoing emails?
This is something at their end. JSM is adding the information from the email.
So it seems any email they probably sent to a recipient outside the company, a confidentiality note is added.
@Marc - Devoteam Its fine if a confidentiality note is added, I feel like that's standard in todays world. The problem is that I'm not receiving their actual message, i'm only receiving the confidentiality note.

Hi @Matthew Loflin ,
It might be that the customer is not allowed to sent email to non whitelisted applications or email domains.
Jira is adding to an issue what is sent, it doesn't change the email.
Are you not using email related apps in Jira and you didn't make changes to the default settings in the "Email Request" settings?

I am not an admin in our system so I can't speak upon any changes that have been made. However this is the only customer i'm experiencing this issue with so I am leaning towards agreeing that the issue is within the customer's security of infrastructure. I have a meeting scheduled with them Monday so I'll be able to relay information about this.
@Marc - Devoteam Thank you.
