Auto Assigned on-call responder won't trigger the Escalation Policies

Hello experts. I'd like to create a respond alert whenever a high severity incident is created, so I tried below automation:

It was able to create alerts to the on-call engineer, however, since in this UI, it allows only on-call schedule to be selected but not the escalation policy, the escalation couldn't be tiggered. 

Any idea? Thanks.
