Im lookin g to auto assign issues as they come base on workload but the team schedule is also dynamic with some team members come in later than others. Is there a way for me to auto assign based on workload and schedule.
Hi Luis, scheduling by balanced workload is an Automation Template. I found this community article on assigning by schedule could be used to build on that. I'm no expert on automation, but that article looks pretty promising.
