Auto Assign JSM tickets based on Slack Tagging

Hi everyone,

We have a slack chat integration with our JSM, and users are creating tickets using it without any issue.

We would like to add now a new logic step, that if the message contain a tag of one of the agents (the tag will always be before the actual message) - this agent will be assigned to the ticket.

Do anyone has an idea of how to accomplish this?
