Authenticate failed

Hi Team,

Kindly need your help.

We are connecting Jira to our internal exchange on port IMAPS & it was working fine.

Suddenly, We are having a fluctuating situation for the connection.

Gives success & then failed (with authenticate error) many many times.

Do you have any clue ?

Seems more like an issue on the mail server side than Jira, especially since it's indicating that the mail server is able to return a response.   Have you talk to the admin of that server about connectivity issues?

Actually i'm managing the server & can't find any issues on it.
