I created an automation rule that sends an email to someone based on specific conditions and includes the attachment from the ticket created as a URL. When the person tries to download the attachment, they are asked to log in. Is it possible to download the file without having to log in?

When it comes to Customer notifications, attachments will show as an inline preview, but when the customer clicks to open a file, they will be redirected to the customer portal to log in.
Currently, that's the only way for customers to view and download attachments, they must access the portal for that.
