Attachment URL asking authentication after clicking on it in Jira service Desk.

We have a requirement where in we are building a custom UI element where we need attachment link. So we abstracting the Attachment URL via an API from Jira Service Desk. But when clicked on that URL its asks for authentication. We want in such a way that when our users are click on the Attachment URL it should be visible over browser or getting downloaded without any authentication.
