Atlassian assist - Responding to only "at mentions"

Hello Everyone,

We have setup Atlassian assist (halp) in our sandbox and set it to a response channel. It works great currently.

My question is,

We only want the Bot to respond to "@" mentions. This way people can ask advanced questions without raising a ticket or having the bot interfere with human responses. 

Does anyone know a method to enable this?
