Looked into switching our ServiceDesk to Jira for the Atlassian Intelligence bot we were advertised could also search a confluence knowledgebase and after raise tickets all from inside a team's chat.

Boy was I wrong.

1. The confluence search only works when using the bot via the support portal. when asking the exact same question to it inside teams it simply says "Hmm, I’m still having trouble understanding. Can you try rephrasing your message one more time?"

2. It is so slow I have to make a coffee while waiting for each time it says "Hmm, I’m still having trouble understanding. Can you try rephrasing your message one more time?" After like 3 responses of it not understanding what I'm saying it just gives up and creates a ticket anyway without even asking (understandable).

3. The chat with the bot is actually a chat inside a chat which looks and feels horrible. Compounded by how slow it is to respond.

4. The setup process is broken. Does not match instructions at all and the Azure graph login calls do not return to the login screen, so it just hangs till it times out. But when refreshing it seems to have worked.

Conclusion. This is the dumbest slowest bot I have ever seen. Far from the advertised product.

PS: As the next generation of this product please hire me and I will write all the responses manually. Will require unlimited coffee.

*Just to complete the cycle when trying to post this. First, I get an error there is invalid html in my description after typing it all in. Then after a few more tries I get another error "Post flooding detected".

Almost like there was a better AI bot looking for negative sentiment :D

I also like how the view count of this post goes up every time I refresh the page. *facepalm*
