Hi every,
I want my team to be able to associate a specific user who logs a call to a specific organization, example as follows:
Person X belongs to organization X in Jira
Person Y belongs to organization Y in Jira.
If person X logs a call into Jira, they should only be able to be tied back to Organization X and the same with person Y to only be tied back to organization Y.
At the moment, when a call is logged automatically or if you manually create a call, you can select Person X and Organization Y which is starting to cause some admin confusion in our support team. I know that you are able to add customers to organizations under the " customers'' tab however , this still allows you to log calls for any user and place them under any organization.
Thank you in advance.
Hi @Mohammed Arafat Naidoo , I took a look at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and found this ticket: JSDCLOUD-8306
