Assistance editing existing notification

Hi All,

I need to make a change to a notification set up previously by someone else that I believe has been done through the notifications tab on the project settings due to the single users it is sent to.

How do I go about changing the content of these notifications? 

Going into the actions tab above allows me to go into the notification scheme but I seem to only be able to add actions such as how it is sent out, not WHAT is sent.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hi @Jacob Smith 

I see this is a JSM project, notifications in the notification scheme apply to agents on the project.

This content is not adjustable.

I expect you are referring to the notifications sent to the customers, this can be found in the Customer Notifications setting in the project

Thanks for confirming that it is not adjustable, I can work around this now I know it is not possible.
