We recently added Assist to Microsoft Teams, but our triage channel isn't showing all tickets. Opening up the Assist app and clicking on the Tickets tab, we can see that not all tickets are listed. No filter is selected.
Has anyone seen this behavior or can anyone recommend a solution?
See screenshot below from Assist - no tickets between 58 and 64 appear, and the current newest ticket we have is ITSM-75, so 73-75 are also missing.
Hi Nathan - I'm also new here! I am no expert, but, I'm curious if the missing tickets you're referencing are submitted as an option that's NOT configured to work in MS Teams thru Assist?
