Hello,
I wonder if there's a way to assign queues to specific groups, teams or roles.
i.e. Have 1 team working viewing only their requests and another team seeing only their requests, etc.

Welcome to the community. To supplement what @Mikael Sandberg stated, you can also implement issue security setup where each issue can be tagged with the appropriate security level and restrict visibility of the issues if the users are not called out by the security level.

Once your Issue Security configuration is setup and associated with your projects, then you can use automation rule to assign the security level if needed -

Yes, that is possible. Queues are just filters, so you could create a queue that filters out requests that belong to a specific team/assignee if you like.

Thanks @Mikael Sandberg the question was pretty much because i will have different teams working in a project but i don't want them to see other teams items.
I think Joseph response is a more accurate to my needs.
