Assets field values not showing on Issue lists in JSM Cloud

I have been trying to piece-together our Sandbox JSM Cloud and Assets environment following a clone from the Production system. As people may know, this is not as straightforward as it should be!

Anyway, I have recreated all of the links between Assets Objects and JSM fields and all seems to be working ok. I can access the Objects from issues and all works fine.

However, I have one problem that I cannot work out. Even though the Asset fields are populated on the Issue themselves, their values do not show on Issue Lists / filters. In the example below, both the Company and the SLA fields are links to Assets objects and are populated fine in the Issues themselves. They simply do not show up on the Issue lists. This works fine on our Production system and I cannot work out what the difference is. 

Any ideas?

Are you using Issue Security? I am seeing a similar problem if the issue has been recently locked, even if it was unlocked before setting the asset in the asset field.
