Asset value should be update when workflow status is changed

Question

Hi,

I have a attribute (Status) in assets.

Attribute Name: Status.

Values: Availability, In use, Recovery.

When my workflow status is changed from Work in progress to Done. then our asset value is moved from in use to recovery.

Now:

in Assets: status is in Use

in Workflow: status is Work in progress.

Requirement:

Update workflow: Work in progress to Done

Asset should be update: in use to recovery.

Using: JSM/JIRA Cloud

Hello @Chandra Mouli ,

You can make use of automations. Depending on your triggering condition when status changed from WIP to done, have Object update action to update the status to recovery as required.
