I've created an Asset Custom field for our employees. The field is used throughout our environment. However, I have one specific issue type on a project that requires a different context setup. The first context is global (since the field is used throughout many different projects). The second context I setup was specific to an Issue Type and our Service Desk project. I ran into issues when attempting to create a ticket within the same Service Desk project but using a different Issue Type. I was given the error message "Could not fetch Assets objects." Once I took the second context off, I did not receive the error again. Is this an known issue?
This is you can't have Custom Field multiple contexts in a project only 1 can apply.
So this is why you are not able to use the setup you described above
