Quisiera saber si hay forma de asignar automáticamente el ticket a una persona en función del contenido de un campo que sea, justamente, el nombnre de esa persona.
Es decir, el campo: "Nombre de consultor" y se le asigne a ese consultor el ticket que se cargue.

One thing that you need to check is if the "consultant" has an agent license to your JSM env? If so, then Yes. You can use Automation for Jira and create an automation rule which you can assign the issue to the specific consultant upon "Issue Created" trigger.
