Actualmente estoy presentando inconvenientes en Jira Service Management con la asignación de informantes en un proyecto. Al momento de crear un ticket o solicitud, no puedo realizar la asignación de, informador. Esto se repite tambien cuando intento cambiar al informador de una solicitud existente.
He revisado el esquema de permisos y aparentemente todo esta bien.
Es primera vez que escribo en la comunidad, así que por favor comentenme si debo generar la consulta en otro lugar.
