Are jira forms available for people without jira accounts?

We have departments that do not have jira access as it isn't needed for their workflow (sales for example). We want to have an open request/feedback form across the whole company but have received comments that members of our sales team need to request access to see the form. Am I missing a visibility/access tickbox?

Unfortunately, native Jira functionality doesn`t have such opportunities. But if you need to share forms externally, use Smart Jira Forms for it

1. Create a form, add form elements and form logic if you need it 

2. To share the form externally, choose the corresponding button and copy the URL
