Approvers field can't get filled by client

Hi,

In business side, my users fill a form to ask some hardware, in JIRA. In the form they have to fill there manager who had to accept the demand.

In tech side, I have a basic form, with the field approvers, which it have to be filled by the user and after the "ticket creation" step the ticket go to the people filled in approval

So my problem is that the people can't fill the field, no user are suggest ?

For customers to be able to find other customers on the approvers or any other user picker field, it's necessary to give them permission for that.

Please, go to Project settings > Customer permissions (Classic project) or Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions (Next-gen project).

On this page, you need to change the Customer sharing to Customers can search for other customers within their project or organizations.
