App is not responding. Wait or cancel

Hi support,

when a user tries to open a ticket on our cloud-based system, they receive the following error: The application is not responding. Please wait or cancel

This problem has affected all our users since last Monday.

Is there any problem on your cloud systems?

Hi Nikola, no, the system worked until monday, we had only upgrage to the premium version of Jira to have also the Asset managment tool last month
