Aplicaciones complementarias de Jira

Al ir al apartado de Aplicaciones de Jira y seleccionar una aplicación, me aparece la opción de probarla gratis, al seleccionar la opción aparece como "Aplicación solicitada" "Gratis" pero no me da la opción para descargar la aplicación. Debo esperar a que mi solicitud se apruebe o que debo hacer? de ser así cuanto debo esperar?

Tengo la suscripción gratuita de jira

In cloud application you select are installed, you will have to wait to get the conformation the app is installed on your instance.

Y cuánto tendré que esperar? hay aplicaciones que solicité hace una semana y aún no las tengo disponibles.

The steps are:

1. Select > Apps.
2. Click Find new apps.

Once you're there, you use the search and filters to find apps.

To try or subscribe to an app, click Free trial next to the app. 

If you don't terminate the trial within the trial period, a subscription for the app kicks in.

Trials last for a month from the start of your next billing date. After starting a trial, you can stop it from the app administration page.

If you are on a free subscription, most apps can be used from free, but not all.

Hi Claudia:

Try to use ""Find new apps" and select the app(s) from Atlassian Marketplace, afterward you will be able to review the details from each vendor on their policy, product pricing, if they offer trial or not, functionality, and how to apply the subscription to your instance.
