Anyway to auto-add request particpant (or user) based on Portal Request Type without Automation?

Hi all, I do get that there may be an automation for this, but I'm trying to be a bit light on automation and it does sound like something I'd think may already be possible and I may just be missing it?

Basically lets say a hardware request comes through the portal, I'd like it to auto add an email in the request participants so that the hardware team is aware of it without being the assignee.

I can see the assignee field in the request forms, but not the request participants?

Thanks!

@Calvin If you had an app like scriptrunner in the workflow.  Otherwise you will need to use automation.
