Announcement banner doesn't show up anymore

Hi there, 

Since today I noticed that the banner image on our customer portal doesn't show up anymore. When I load it again from the Customize button, it shows and as soon I refresh the page it goes off. Anyone has any clue about this issue ?

I'm running Jira Service Management Cloud

Works on portal as expected.

You could check your page with your browsers developer tools and see if anything gets blocked

Tis could happen to policy's within your company, or raise and issue at Atlassian Support to have them look at the logging of your instance. It might be your instance related.

I don't see any active incidents with the cloud at this moment.

Did this ever get resolved - if not, what's the support ticket to chime in?

I had the same issue today - I configured a banner yesterday and it worked; today, it's gone.

Only by making a couple edits to the banner message could I get it to show up again.

Does the announcement expire overnight by default?
