Annotate PDF documents in attachement section?

Hi there,

is there an easy way (or an app) to annotate pdf documents in the attachement section of jira service management? So downloading, annotating and uploading again is too much efford. Should open with more or less one click and can be edited then (simple edit functions - noting exotic).

Any idea how to solve this?
