An integration or sync with that name already exists error when copying Opsgenie Slack integrations

I am receiving this error: "An integration or sync with that name already exists" when I am attempting to copy over my company's Slack integrations to Jira Service Management. When I look in our integrations and syncs I do not see the integration in question in the list. Not sure what to do.

Hi @Patrick Bradley Welcome to the community! 

The error "An integration or sync with that name already exists" typically occurs when attempting to set up an integration that Jira recognizes as already existing, even though it doesn't appear in the Integrations list. This could happen due to a previously deleted integration that wasn't fully removed from the system.

A conflicting integration name.

A sync issue between Slack and Jira Service Management (JSM).

If you are unable to find it then I would suggest you to raise a ticket with Atlassian support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact and they will assist you.
