Allowing comments to articles in Jira service desk

Looking to see if how to allow users to add comments to articles within service desk portal.


I see that if they get access via confluence, then they are able to do it, but we are not ready to make them use confluence directly.

The only option they have to interact is  to up-vote/down-vote the articles.
