I have entered two domains in the allow list in a specific project, but emails are still getting rejected. I have tried just the domain "microsoft.com" I tried "@microsoft.com" and I even tried the exact email address that I intend to receive emails from. Still, the emails logs show "Email doesn't belong to domains allowed in customer access settings". Despite the fact the email I have in the Allow list *is* an exact match for the sender being blocked. This is happening for our Dialpad emails as well, same issue.
