Is it possible to allow external users access to a single JSM Portal and ignore IP restrictions applied to the Jira Service Management product?
I would like our primary IT Service Desk to be accessible from any device, while still maintaining the IP restrictions our JSM, Jira and Confluence product.

The IP allowlist applies to the wole site.
There is a feature request to make an exception for the customer portals but it has not been implemented so far: ACCESS-1532
