Allow Customer to submit several forms in one request?

is there a way i can have a "Add" button on the request page for my project?

so let say i have several forms attached to one request type and they fill one but need to fill additional ones as needed.

i have a form that might need to be filled several times for one single issue, so what im looking for is that the customer has the ability to hit "Add" to fill it again with the relevant data and them submit.

i have found that Elements Checklist was capable of doing this but is no longer available, does anybody has a similar setup?

This feature is not currently available in the delivered product.  This is the closest feature request that I found to what you would like to do.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10967 I would suggest submitting a new feature request for multiple submissions of the same form on a request type here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
