Recebo chamados dos cliente internos, que são similares ou idênticos, gostaria de agrupa-los, assim resolvendo um, resolvemos todos.
Agrupa-los ou deixa-los interligados, relacionados!
algo assim é possível? Como faço?

You can do this by turning on the feature 'Similar requests panel'. you can do this by going to Project settings > Feature > Issue view > Similar requests panel

Hi @Rudy Holtkamp , have you used this feature? I tried it about a year back but didn't find the results very effective. Hopefully it has gotten better.

It does not give the best matches. Maybe with Atlassian Intelligence/rovo it will become better. 🤞

Hi @Danilo Oliveira , you can link the issues as "duplicate" and then have an automation rule that you run manually to close the linked issues. Is that something that would work for you?
