Performed a Cloud(Free) to DC migration.  Took a backup of the Cloud and restored on the DC instance.  The Cloud account was my personal site and did not have an "admin" account in it.  Now when I try to go into the DC instance, I am prompted for the Admin account and password.  Since there wasn't an "Admin" account on the cloud I can't get into the DC instance.

Any recommendations on how to fix this?  Is there a way to create or reset the admin account on DC?

This scenario is something I'm doing for self training.

Why am I doing this?  Trying to do a cloud to cloud migration with JSM.  It appears migrating JSM projects using the migration assistant don't work, so they recommend migration to Cloud to DC and then a DC to Cloud migration.

Hi @Tom Gross ,

welcome to the community. There is a documentation on recovery mode to restore sysadmin access for e.g. Cloud exports.
