Hi,
I have modified one of our request types to contain the "Additional People" field and I am able to add additional people to tickets that I create. I am an admin user.
However, if some one who is effectively a customer, with no access to the helpdesk other than to create tickets, tries to add people to this field, they cannot and the field does not list any people to choose from.
How can I enable customers to add other people?
Thanks
John
John,
Which other people do you want them to be able to add?
Other customers, or anyone in the instance?
Thanks,
Kian
Other customers ideally. Customers in our case are employees of the company.
