Hello,
I am trying to locate where I may add options to this field in our Jira Service Manager view and our Admin is OOO.
We have an existing field that provides us the ability to select an answer from a menu of items when a ticket moves to Resolved.
I have tried navigating to Fields but don't see a way to add or edit the field I need to add another menu option too. I believe I have the proper permission levels to accomplish this and I can't find a knowledge base/support article that can help me do this.
Can someone please help?

Hi @Adam Peddicord and welcome,
in the JIRA Administration section -> Issues -> Custom Fields you need to search the multi-select field "Third Party Partner" and add options at your convenience.
In order to do that you need to be a JIRA Administrator.
