Add users to existing plan

Hi,

I would like to move a standard plan with 6 users for now and add another number of users as we go, is this possible? will i be able to add another users after paying for standard plan?

The standard plan allows up to 5000 agents. If you are planning to upgrade to standard licensing and then add users as and when you have new staff joining, you are welcome to do so.

Thank you so much with your response, i am aware of the 5000 agents provided under standard licensing but also i have realised that when entering the number of agents i prefer it reduces the amount therefore i thought that we can pay for only agents we have instead of the whole 5000.

Does it make any difference if i pay for only 6 agents/users and paying for the whole 5000 agents/users? i am aware of the difference between features per licensing.
