Add unique users in Internal Notification Settings for Jira Service Management

Hello,
I am setting up a Jira Service for a department and am trying to copy a Service created by a predecessor before me. How do I enable this dropdown menu in Internal notifications to allow administrators and agents to receive notifications from tickets as well? On my current project all I see are the standard 6 options that can be checked.

Additional info - I have also tried setting up a notification scheme, but choosing the option "Project Role" on there does not show the 'agent' role despite it being in the known roles.

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

In order to show the Roles, it’s necessary to check “Project role”. After that, you will be able to select them.
