Hi
I try customer satisfaction survey for jira and i have this response from Candylio
Are you using both CSAT Cloud and CSAT Server/Data Center version ?
In CSAT Server/Data Center, the rating popup will show in issue view (and after migration).
In CSAT Cloud, only the rating context will show in issue view.
I look for the other
Thanks
Hi @Marc Gouaillard ,
Jira Service Management sends automatically emails to customers for providing CSAT feedback (rating + comment). You don't need an add-on for this. See Collecting customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback.
If you want to have metrics displayed on your dashboard, like Average Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ccore for your team, have look over the article on our blog: An effective dashboard for Service Desk and Customer Support teams in Jira Service Management. The article shows hot to track many other metrics.
I hope this helps.
Thank you,
Danut M.

Hi Marc:
Just to be clear, you're talking about an Atlassian Marketplace app, and not the built-in functionality in JSM?
I found at least two:
