Add custom field content to automation comment (JSM)

I'd like to include some information from issue custom fields to comments created by automation. However I was unable to find any information in regards to this.

Previously we have used "Canned Respones" frôr this, but it lacks certain features that would be covered by automation.

you can do this easily with automation for jira using smart values, documented here.

Sorry, I was talking to the automation possibilites within a JSM project (with the notifications and stuff like this). I wasn't aware, that there was a plugin called "automation for Jira", but this definitely helps! :)
