I'd like to include some information from issue custom fields to comments created by automation. However I was unable to find any information in regards to this.
Previously we have used "Canned Respones" frôr this, but it lacks certain features that would be covered by automation.

Sorry, I was talking to the automation possibilites within a JSM project (with the notifications and stuff like this). I wasn't aware, that there was a plugin called "automation for Jira", but this definitely helps! :)
