Active Directory Integration

Hello, we want to bring data from our active directory into tickets when they are created, specifically employee location and department.

For example, when a user creates a service request, we'd like to automatically include their department and location.  Is that possible?  Thank you

Hi @jbolton ,

unfortunately you can't retrieve additional information from AD using builtin feature.

You should develop something custom for this purpose. I didn't find any plugin for the cloud with these capabilities on the marketplace.

Hope this helps,

Thank you Fabio for answering this question.  Our workaround is using forms and building drop-down menus.  Thank you

Hi @jbolton ,

Can you share your workaround? Thanks
